Roller Shutter Repair For CEX Bury

Our engineer attended site at CEX Bury Ltd,Bury,BL90QL. The shutter required the top limit taking higher due to fire exit door catching bottom rail. We also had to trim the bolt threads off the eyelet due to being very close to top of the frame. The manager asked us to look at the end shutter on the front (different shutter) as there are metal filings on the curtain and making horrible grinding noise. We would have to remove sign and gain access to investigate what is catching.this can only be done on a none Bury market day.they going to leave shutter down until problem rectified.
