Jammed Roller Shutter Bolton

We arrived at Bridal Couture Italia,Bolton,BL13BW. The roller shutter had jammed up, we had to removed the canopy to unjam the roller shutter. The plastic guide insert was twisted and was rubbing against the curtain. We trimmed back the plastic insert and test operation of the roller shutter.
