We arrived at Former Jacks based in Liverpool. On attending the store had to locate the keys and phone head office to have the alarm turned off. We changed a battery in the remote fob and had to reprogram the fob in to the necco panel(panel above plastered ceiling) We Climbed over the boarding to test the operation of the door.
