Unable To Gain Entry To Shop Preston

We recently called to vapeworld based in Preston as the customer was unable to gain entry. We managed to gain access  by manually operating the roller shuttetr to find his plug out slightly. A simple fix for this customer by fully pushing the plug back in. Roller shutter operating as it should.
